White whole wheat flour

Joe found this at the grocery and we have been baking with it and love it! I used it in the zucchini bread and it worked great in that as well. This flour can be substituted for your normal all purpose flour when baking. King Arthur recommends using it in cookies, bars, and brownies where you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.   1. I have been using the same flour for the last couple of months and I really like it. I can taste a difference in the things I have made but to me the difference in the taste is worth the benefits!!
